Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Latmeet, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. You must provide truthful account information.

2. Your account

You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable conduct

You may not use Latmeet to:

  • Harass, threaten, stalk or exploit another person.
  • Create fake or misleading profiles.
  • Upload photos or content without permission.
  • Promote scams, prostitution, trafficking or illegal activity.
  • Request money through deception or impersonation.
  • Distribute malware, spam or unauthorized advertising.
  • Post hateful, violent or sexually exploitative content.
  • Attempt to access another user’s account or Latmeet systems.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Latmeet a limited, worldwide license to host, store, display and process that content only as necessary to operate, protect and improve the service.

5. Safety

Latmeet does not conduct a complete background investigation of every user and cannot guarantee another user’s identity or intentions. Use caution, protect your personal information and meet in public places.

6. Matches and availability

Latmeet does not guarantee matches, relationships, responses, continuous availability or that every feature will always be error-free.

7. Moderation

We may investigate reports and remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create safety or legal risks.

8. Account termination

You may stop using Latmeet at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or the public.

9. Disclaimer

Latmeet is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Latmeet is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from interactions between users or use of the service.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
